This internship position will expose the candidate to the IT support process used in today’s workplace. The candidate will learn how to support end users and maintain IT systems. The position is responsible for general support and monitoring of our corporate, development, and cloud environments. The successful candidate will gain experience in managing IT systems and a greater understanding of support, IT roles, and processes in a successful high-tech software company.
**Please note this role is for February 2025.
In this position you will:
- Support end-users - Investigate and resolve tickets, proactively identify recurring patterns, and implement root cause corrective action
- Learn Enterprise Windows Administration and Support
- Learn supporting Azure and Office 365 products
- Learn VMware vSphere
- Working in conjunction with our global teams, develop and implement system deployments and updates
Requirements:
- Must have strong skills for problem-solving and be thorough in the completion of tests.
- Knowledge of the Windows platforms is required.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have excellent verbal/written skills and the ability to communicate with key individuals.
- The candidate must be detail-oriented.
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Microsoft 365 experience or training
- Networking experience or training
- Experience with Cloud services, like Azure & AWS
- Customer support and services experience
- Experience with Linux Systems
- Experience/Training with Cybersecurity Fundamentals
