About the job

Requirements
  • Seven to nine years of agency, marketing, communications, healthcare, or related experience leading complex delivery across teams, accounts, and stakeholders.
  • Strong delivery, financial, and operational acumen, with the ability to balance client needs, business priorities, and team capacity.
  • A track record of developing Project Managers who operate with strong judgment, accountability, and ownership.
  • The ability to identify patterns, address root causes, and improve how work gets done across teams and accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create clarity, alignment, and confidence across clients, teams, and leadership partners.
  • The ability to stay steady under pressure, bring clarity to complex situations, and help teams navigate challenges with confidence.
  • Comfort evaluating, testing, and scaling new tools, technologies, and ways of working that improve delivery outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Establish clear delivery expectations and guardrails that help teams plan, scope, staff, and execute work consistently.
  • Identify recurring delivery issues and gaps across teams and accounts, addressing root causes rather than repeatedly managing symptoms.
  • Guide PMs through complex trade-offs, reinforcing sound decision-making around scope, resources, budgets, timing, and stakeholder impact.
  • Translate account-level delivery needs into practical standards, planning expectations, and ways of working that support stronger execution.
  • Evaluate and shape new tools, technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and delivery approaches that improve how teams plan, decide, and deliver.
  • Protect the integrity of account-level plans and budgets by helping teams make practical decisions that support quality, consistency, and financial responsibility.
  • Stay actively engaged in delivery across teams and accounts, stepping in early when risks, challenges, or delivery gaps require stronger leadership.
  • Ensure project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery commitments are achievable, actionable, and aligned with client and business needs.
  • Protect account health by identifying and addressing scope, financial, staffing, and delivery risks before they impact outcomes.
  • Keep teams safely within delivery guardrails, applying judgment when standards need to flex to protect quality, momentum, or client commitments.
  • Partner with PMs and cross-functional leaders to resolve complex delivery challenges, remove obstacles, and keep work moving forward.
  • Drive adoption of tools, technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and ways of working that strengthen visibility, accountability, and delivery performance.
  • Apply multi-channel delivery, operational, and financial expertise to help teams make sound decisions and deliver consistently.
  • Standardize practical processes, templates, and ways of working that improve clarity, reduce friction, and protect quality across teams and accounts.
  • Use delivery patterns, financial signals, and team feedback to identify capability or process gaps and address them with the right partners.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to how teams operate, refining practices that improve speed, accuracy, accountability, and delivery confidence.
  • Encourage thoughtful experimentation with tools, technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, scaling what works to improve quality, efficiency, visibility, and delivery outcomes.
  • Scale effective ways of working across teams so strong delivery does not depend on individual heroics.
  • Lead as a player-coach, staying actively engaged in delivery while developing PMs who can make sound decisions, manage trade-offs, and escalate appropriately.
  • Set clear expectations for judgment, ownership, financial discipline, communication, and follow-through across the PM team.
  • Coach PMs through delivery challenges in real time, helping them strengthen decision-making rather than simply taking issues off their plate.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, account leaders, and cross-capability partners by bringing clarity, accountability, and delivery leadership to the work.
  • Partner with account, production, finance, and capability leaders to resolve complex delivery challenges and bring the right expertise to client and team decisions.
  • Set the bar for delivery excellence by modeling strong judgment, steady leadership, and practical problem-solving when the work is under pressure.
