The Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to students and academic staff, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service throughout the student journey.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that full, accurate and accessible records are kept in relation to all student administration, liaising with other departments as necessary.
Participate in student record processes and tasks including the updating of the school’s management system (Unit-E) in the following areas: student progress, withdrawals, suspensions, transfers, appeals.
Handle certificates – recording, tracking, and release to students.
Provide administrative support for appeals, disciplinary and other Registry-related investigations as required.
Assist other sections of the Registry as directed by the Line Manager.
Undertake other tasks as and when required.

Desirable

Previous experience in an academic administrative role.
A sound understanding of educational processes and procedures.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
