Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on analytics, and people/HR data
  • Strong proven experience with Workday, with an emphasis on people reporting and analytics
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders and levels
Responsibilities
  • Own delivery of end-to-end analytic solutions for a key functional area of the business.
  • Consult with leaders across the business to develop analytic roadmaps with a focus on insights that drive growth.
  • Distill complex data insights into compelling and simple stories for a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Leverage extensive experience with Workday to develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities. Create advanced dashboards within Workday to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into key People metrics.
  • Partner and support I&D strategic planning and councils by providing effective employee data, research, and insights.
  • Participate in the analytics community, representing the organization and staying updated on trends and best practices.
  • Evolve our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other tools.
  • Identify, scope, and execute high-impact analytics projects.
  • Develop and deliver timely and accurate People business metrics for internal partners (e.g., executive leadership, people leadership team, finance).
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing detailed analysis.
  • Maintain strong data integrity and accuracy, continuously improving processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute hands-on where needed
