- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience ranking competitive keywords in Google's top positions.

- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, search intent analysis, entity SEO, topical authority, generative engine optimization, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to lead and mentor an SEO team, build scalable SEO processes, prioritize high-impact initiatives, analyze data and make strategic decisions, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, and deliver measurable business results.
- Lead and manage Beno's existing SEO team by setting priorities, reviewing work quality, assigning projects, coaching team members, improving workflows, driving accountability, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Own Beno's complete SEO strategy across all business verticals, including luxury cars, yachts, private jets, helicopters, concierge services, watersports, and luxury experiences, and develop scalable strategies for sustainable organic growth.
- Lead initiatives to improve keyword rankings, increase qualified organic traffic, expand topical authority, improve landing page performance, and grow search visibility across target markets.
- Develop strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including optimizing content for AI search engines, building topical authority, strengthening entity relationships, supporting Knowledge Graph development, improving semantic content architecture, and establishing Beno as a trusted source for AI-generated answers.
- Work closely with the development team to improve website crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, technical SEO performance, and website health.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to build SEO-driven landing pages, develop content strategies, improve existing pages, optimize conversion-focused content, and identify new content opportunities.
- Monitor SEO performance using industry-leading tools and provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, competitor performance, technical SEO health, AI search visibility, content performance, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data and business objectives.
- Develop and implement Beno's SEO roadmap, improve SEO team performance, achieve measurable ranking improvements across priority keywords, increase qualified organic traffic across key business categories, improve AI search visibility, strengthen topical authority and overall search presence, and deliver clear monthly SEO reports with measurable KPIs and business impact.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries or areas: luxury brands, hospitality, travel, automotive, e-commerce, international SEO, or multi-language websites.
