About the job
- A background in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture in the construction field is required.
- A junior profile is accepted; prior construction-sector experience is an advantage.
- A VCA-Cadre safety certificate is required.
- Practical knowledge of French and Dutch is required; English is an advantage.
- The candidate must be autonomous, organized, solution-oriented, collaborative, and act with integrity.
- The candidate must have good interpersonal and commercial skills and strong organizational skills.
- The candidate must be comfortable using digital environments.
- The candidate must have tender-management skills.
- The candidate must hold a Category B driving licence.
- Participate in project design and proposal preparation with colleagues from the Project teams and design office.
- Plan and prepare projects.
- Ensure the quality of delivered projects.
- Monitor project budgets and costs regularly.
- Serve as the primary contact and ensure information is shared effectively among clients, architects, design offices, project owners, and support services.
- Prepare and monitor project execution on construction sites with Production colleagues.
- Ensure construction sites are supplied with the necessary equipment and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, and suspend activities when safety, health, or environmental hazards arise.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and quality procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the areas of safety, health, environment, and quality.
- Promote company values and serve as a role model for respect.
- A first proven experience in the construction sector is an advantage.
- English is an advantage.
