  • 5+ years of experience leading a MDR team at a software/technology company
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills aligned to executive audiences

  • Track record of qualifying and closing consultative led sales

  • Exceptional time and people management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of MDRs focused on generating well-qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Growing market share through new logo revenue generation
  • Sharing best practices, collaborating, and working with colleagues on a global scale
  • Hire, develop and lead a team with a mission to drive pipeline generation
  • Strategize and collaborate with sales and marketing team members while driving outbound campaigns and sales plays in alignment with Ketch’s go to market strategy
