Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain management or related field
  • 3+ years of supply chain management, operations management or related experience
  • Ability to travel to 3PL as needed
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operations and supply chain principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite or similar
  • Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Passion for Twin’s purpose to transform lives by empowering people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Support third-party logistics vendor relationship through forecasting, capacity planning, vendor scorecarding, and onsite collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain process
  • Partner with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to ensure inventory levels support 3PL fulfillment operations
  • Evaluate and propose changes to transportation networks for cost minimization and delivery speed
  • Update fulfillment and distribution models, disseminate outputs against financial targets, and enhance models to support new business initiatives
  • Support and drive cross-functional projects to implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain best practices
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, identify trends, and proactively address issues or bottlenecks
