Requirements
  • Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects and products up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work while sitting, standing, or walking, including fine hand and finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Flexibility to work nights, overnights, weekends, and flexible morning or evening shifts based on store requirements.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance.
  • Willingness and ability to work in cold environmental conditions, including refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, for limited periods.
  • Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.
Responsibilities
  • Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions.
  • Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately and precisely.
  • Maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Merchandise and execute assigned projects with the required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies.
  • Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, successes, and potential barriers to the onsite supervisor.
  • Use handheld device functions effectively and consistently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
