Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Led multiple analytics projects from requirements definition to final synthesis
  • Engaged all levels of stakeholders (frontline to senior exec) in presenting findings and problem-solving
  • Helped organizations translate ambiguous problem statements into concrete recommendations
  • Experience with using SQL to conduct data manipulation, including cleaning/transforming/creating data
  • Experience with using Python for various forms of analyses, including building models, running automated processes, data cleaning
  • Demonstrated the ability to deliver explainable models and analytics products that leverage an analytics tech stack (Snowflake/SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Looker, Excel, etc)

  • Delivering high-quality output and managing analytics projects independently
  • Collaborate with other leaders across the enterprise to enhance our ability to deliver insights consistently, quickly, and accurately
  • Establish processes to ensure our portfolio of analytics products remains consistent and clear
  • Perform analyses to inform and support strategic decision-making, balancing growth and profitability
  • Collaborate to share insights and identify opportunities to drive material impact on the portfolio
  • Regularly partner with teams to improve products and processes
  • Use analytics to generate insights and drive executive conversations on steps to improve business performance
  • Propose data-driven improvements to processes or business practices based on analysis
  • Establish yourself as a reliable team member, capable of handling core responsibilities independently and contributing valuable insights
