Responsibilities
Greet and direct Glen Eyrie guests, determine appropriate access to the property, and prepare paperwork or documentation as needed.
Answer a multi-line phone system and manage the Outlook calendar.
Respond to and manage emergency communication among people on the property, Glen Eyrie Management, 911 services, and first responders.
Prepare paperwork and documentation for guest interactions.
Check in guests at the Gatehouse using the reservation system when the Front Desk is closed.
Maintain a Glen Eyrie activity calendar in Microsoft Outlook.
Act as a Glen Eyrie and The Navigators public-relations liaison for visitors to the Gatehouse.
Determine appropriate access to the property for unannounced visitors according to Guest Services department policies and turn away unannounced visitors when needed in a hospitable way, prioritizing reserved guest experiences.
Interact with other Glen Eyrie departments regarding guest and visitor arrivals.
Interact with other Glen Eyrie departments regarding guest needs.
Participate in Glen Eyrie staff and team meetings and trainings.
Participate in The Navigators' on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, and other appropriate developmental events.
Participate in annual organizational processes, including the Plan and Progress Review, Engagement Survey, reaffirmation of The Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver's Authorization, and other required releases.
Submit time worked weekly through the Workday Time Tracking system.
Adhere to The Navigators and Glen Eyrie handbooks at all times.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Guest Services Attendant shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position functions as a first in-person point of contact for customers, guests, visitors, donors, vendors, potential business, and Navigator Employees who visit Glen Eyrie.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Gatehouse
Greet an direct Glen Eyrie guests, determining appropriate access to the property, and preparing any paperwork or documentation as needed.
Answer a multi-line phone system and manage the Outlook calendar.
Responding to and managing emergency communication to/between persons on property, Glen Eyrie Management, 911 services and First Responders

Additional Responsibilities
Participate in Glen Eyrie Staff and Team meetings/trainings.
Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.
Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required.
Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system.
Must adhere to the handbooks from both the Navigators and Glen Eyrie at all times.
Other job-related duties as assigned.

Compensation: $16.35 hourly
