- Passionate and energetic leader
- Experience in building and leading successful sales teams in a B2C or B2B SME environment
- Experience managing managers in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in a high-performing, high-growth sales environment
- Organized and efficient with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups
- Ability to create simple processes and work with product and tech for digital services
- Availability to work in the Weybridge office for a minimum of two days a week
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver strategies to support consumers in transitioning to electric driving
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a Consumer Sales team
- Drive efficiencies in team operations and customer relationships
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams for a scalable digital journey
- Work with Vehicle acquisition teams to ensure the right vehicles are available
- Support testing and development of new products and proposition iterations
- Encourage experimentation and learning from mistakes
- Enhance NPS scores through strong client relationships
- Act as a point of escalation for customers
- Collaborate with other leaders to create a seamless customer experience
