  • No prior experience of working within EVs or leasing is required
Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver the strategy to support consumers in making the switch to electric driving
  • Lead, inspire, nurture, and motivate a commercially focused Consumer Sales team
  • Drive efficiencies within the team, customer relationships, and propositions
  • Work with Product and Tech teams to deliver a scalable digital journey for employees and direct consumers
  • Support testing and development of new products along with current proposition iterations
  • Increase NPS scores and response through strong client relationships
  • Act as a point of escalation when needed for customers
  • Work closely with other leaders across the business and the Senior Leadership team
