  • 0-1 years work experience or recent graduate with internship experience
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Prior experience or coursework in deal operations or data entry is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Maintain the data hygiene in Salesforce by creating, updating, and removing records as needed
  • Manage the lead, opportunity, and account ownership process to ensure records are assigned to the appropriate sales reps and credit is properly applied in accordance to the company’s rules of engagement and comp policies
  • Handle custom billing and working with Finance teams to ensure accuracy
  • Facilitate that provisioning of manually billed contracts
