  • 2 years prior experience in similar role required.
  • Knowledge of PC software such as MS Windows, MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of smart phones required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing and new applications by creating, maintaining and enforcing standards and procedures (including SOPs) for implementing technical solutions.
  • Applying technical expertise in the following areas to support of “Front End” hotel systems:
  • Microsoft Windows Server Operating system and networking features.
  • Alice
  • HMS hotel PMS
  • Hotel POS
  • Revinate
  • CRM
  • Staff security beacons
  • Staffing tools
  • Microsoft Suite and resources for efficiencies and collaboration & communication
  • Profitsword
  • Book for Time
  • Open Table/ Resy
  • Other similar and applicable software
  • Manage all aspects of POS operations, i.e., resource scheduling, customer satisfaction, workforce training and development.
  • Prioritize, delegate and accomplish multiple projects, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems.
  • Train employees and managers on company procedures and motivational skills and have daily deposit responsibilities.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication by serving as liaison between management and departments, sharing information on topics of concern and updates.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
  • Provides leadership with training, reporting and analysis tools to help drive business decisions along with collaboration from multiple systems.
  • Provides and or manages reporting, bridging systems reporting, ad-hoc reporting
  • Ensures that all employee facing systems are set up and utilized to their fullest potential for employee ease of use while maintaining security
  • Works directly with department heads and employees on SOP’s with regards to systems/best practices
  • Identify areas where systems may need to be introduced or updated
  • Creates guides and or handbooks for workflow
Desired Qualifications
  • College degree in computer science or related preferred.
  • Experience with current hotel operating systems preferred.
