Requirements
  • 2+ years of exposure to fixed income / debt capital markets; experience at an RMBS issuer, rating agency, investor, underwriter, or accounting/consulting firm focusing on RMBS preferred
  • BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or similar technical field (MBA a plus)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required); strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under tight timelines in a high-pressure environment; strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic who will take ownership of responsibilities; willingness to work in a lean, tight-knit team and do what needs to be done to achieve objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate analysis into clear, client-ready outputs
  • Demonstrated interest in operational risk/control mindset and process improvement
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately quarterly
Responsibilities
  • Support the team in originating new business by creating, developing, and presenting funding ideas across residential mortgage collateral types; draft initial versions of client presentations, pitch books, and market updates
  • Drive the execution of securitization transactions across third parties (issuers, lawyers, rating agencies, accountants, trustees, paying agents, etc.) and internal stakeholders (credit, legal, risk, ops, treasury)
  • Review offering documents and transaction agreements; prepare sales memos, credit write-ups, and internal approval materials; coordinate transaction settlement and closing deliverables
  • Perform collateral due diligence and loan-level analysis (stratifications, exceptions, reps & warranties review, data tapes, servicer reports); support ongoing collateral reporting requirements
  • Assist with collateral pricing/valuation and scenario analysis (prepayment, defaults, severity) using market levels, comparable deals, and analytics tools (e.g., Intex)
  • Respond to client data requests and ad-hoc analyses; develop product/market expertise and contribute to day-to-day client coverage
  • Maintain internal databases of market data and transaction details (spreads/yields, deal pricing, trading levels, league tables, issuance volumes); improve data quality and documentation standards
  • Help automate processes where possible (reporting, data ingestion, templated analyses, dashboarding); partner with technology/data teams as needed
  • Proactively identify operational risks, control deficiencies, and process gaps; escalate issues to management and relevant risk/control functions on a timely basis
  • Review and comply with firm policies and procedures applicable to business activities
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA a plus
  • Experience with Intex (Calc/Dealmaker) and/or CAS a strong plus
  • Coding and automation experience a strong plus (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, R) — including the ability to automate recurring analyses, build repeatable workflows, and improve reporting efficiency
  • Experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining databases a strong plus (e.g., SQL-based data stores, Excel/Access-based repositories, data pipelines, data quality controls, documentation)

BGRIM and Digital Edge secure record $880M green loan for Thailand data center

B.Grimm Power and Digital Edge have secured an $880 million green loan, the largest ever for a data centre project in Thailand. The funds will develop the BKK Campus, a 100-megawatt facility in Chonburi province within the Eastern Economic Corridor. This marks the third consecutive record-breaking green loan for Digital Edge in Asia-Pacific, following deals in South Korea and Indonesia. It forms part of a $1 billion co-investment between the two companies. The facility will support enterprise-level artificial intelligence and cloud computing needs, targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.25 and LEED Silver certification. Development will proceed in two phases, with the first building opening in Q4 2026 and the second in Q2 2027. Nine financial institutions, including Bangkok Bank, HSBC Thailand and Standard Chartered Bank, arranged the financing.

TCBS raises $488M in record syndicated loan for Vietnamese securities firm

TCBS, a Vietnamese securities firm, has secured $488 million in a syndicated loan, the largest ever recorded for a securities company in Vietnam. The 2026 facility was arranged by five leading international banks, including Cathay United Bank, CTBC Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mizuho Bank and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank. The transaction attracted 26 institutions across China, South Korea, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, India, Malaysia and Taiwan. Several international lenders participated in an unsecured facility to a Vietnamese securities firm for the first time. Recerqa raises $11M Series A for AI-powered ERP automating order processing

Recerqa, a Japanese startup providing AI-powered order processing automation, has raised ¥1.7 billion ($11.5 million) in a Series A round led by Angel Bridge, bringing total funding to over ¥2 billion. The round included participation from Genesia Ventures and New Commerce Ventures, plus debt financing from six major Japanese banks.
