  • 4+ years of GTM recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a fast-growing startup.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success roles
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their GTM needs and define role requirements.
  • Source top GTM talent using a variety of methods (online platforms, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through offer and onboarding.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on your progress, ensuring clear communication and transparency with the GTM team.
  • Build a talent pipeline for GTM roles, keeping a pulse on the market and cultivating relationships with passive candidates.
