At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or platform developer in a mid-sized to large Linux environment.
Practical experience with automation and virtualization of at least one cloud platform, such as VMware, OpenStack, or CloudStack.
Experience with at least one automation framework, such as Puppet, Chef, or CFEngine.
Proficiency with at least one scripting or high-level programming language: Python, Java, Shell, Perl, or Golang.
Production experience with load balancers and web-stack-based application environments.
Experience operating and managing MySQL and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and Hadoop.
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs.
Qualifications include AWS, cloud platforms, OpenStack, Chef, Puppet, Ruby, Python, and Linux.
GC or United States citizenship is required.
