About the job
- Experience in time services operations on a time solution platform, or a background in HR services in payroll-time or HR technology as an added plus.
- Experience working on projects within a global organization.
- Knowledge of Workday or SAP is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Compile and enter time and attendance data, reconcile errors, and maintain accurate records as part of day-to-day time services delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate and complete HR-related data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, data privacy and protection guidelines, and other applicable guidelines across identified geographies.
- Perform country-specific data consistency checks.
- Follow the payroll calendar and prepare necessary payroll inputs.
- Support NFCM and HR controls.
- Resolve time and attendance queries and issues within established time frames, escalating unresolved requests to the appropriate contact.
- Perform core time and attendance technology activities and business-as-usual tasks.
- Highlight exceptions and deviations.
- Extract regular and ad hoc reports for payroll and other divisions upon request.
- Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests, and report and coordinate them with IT or the global support team.
- Support the project team in defining requirements, designing, and validating system setup for compliance with local legislation and regulations.
- Meet time services delivery performance metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to and support projects within People Services and Solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects.
