  • 5+ years experience in partner sales and business development, specifically with enterprise and strategic partners, ideally in commerce SaaS
  • Grit and creativity. Fearless and creative approach to prospecting, so it’s not just cold calling. You think about ways to spice up your outreach and switch it up, you’re naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, listen and learn from conversations.
  • Driven: You’ve got a competitive attitude, even better if you’ve got previous experience crushing a sales quota or hitting measurable goals.
  • Proven track record developing and maintaining partnerships driving revenue growth
  • High energy, optimistic, excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and conviction.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and the execution of GTM strategy with partners including co-marketing initiatives
  • Identifying high-potential businesses, verticals and markets, and developing and executing outbound strategies.
  • Develop and manage partnerships to drive sales, pipeline and ultimately revenue growth
  • Provide partners and their teams with training, resources, enablement and support to sell and promote our products and solutions
  • Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both Alloy and each partner to define and execute joint technology, marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using Alloy
  • Learning our technology and effectively communicate our value to both technical and nontechnical audiences, adding value at every customer touchpoint.
