Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Branch Manager 2 requires one to two years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
  • Branch Manager 3 requires three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
  • National Mortgage Licensing Service registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, along with ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory registration requirements.
  • A satisfactory criminal and credit record must be maintained.
  • Thorough product and service knowledge and knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues are required.
  • A solid understanding of retail product philosophy, including policies, procedures, documentation, and systems, is required.
  • Knowledge of teller and platform functions, including transaction processing, cash balancing, account opening, and sales techniques, is required.
  • Analytical skills are required to evaluate credit requests, prepare budgets, and determine marketplace trends.
  • Interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, sales activity management, and sales ability skills are required.
  • The ability to evaluate and resolve problems and issues with minimal guidance is required.
  • Knowledge of employment practices, including rewards and recognition, employee development, and change management, is required.

U.S. Bancorp posts record $7.7B revenue, raises 2026 outlook to 7-9% growth on BTIG strength

U.S. Bancorp reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with earnings per share of $1.35, up approximately 22% year-over-year, and record net revenue of $7.7 billion. Return on tangible common equity reached 18.7%, whilst the efficiency ratio improved to 57.1%. Fee income rose 13.2% year-over-year, driven by the recently completed BTIG acquisition. BTIG generated approximately $98 million in revenue during its first month, the strongest monthly performance in its history. The company expects BTIG to contribute roughly $200 million per quarter in the second half of 2026. Average loans totalled $405 billion, up 7.1% year-over-year. Net interest income increased 7.5% to $4.4 billion. The bank raised its 2026 revenue outlook to 7% to 9% growth, up from the previous 4% to 6% range.

Globe Life secures $1B credit agreement with Wells Fargo, extends maturity to 2029

Globe Life Inc. has entered into a $1 billion Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo and major banks, extending the maturity date from August 2027 to June 2029. Wells Fargo serves as Administrative Agent, whilst Bank of America, Regions Bank and Truist Bank act as Co-Syndication Agents. The syndicated facility supports revolving loans, letters of credit and swing line loans. Interest rates range from 0.805% to 1.35% for term SOFR loans, tiered according to Globe Life's debt ratings from S&P and Moody's. The agreement includes financial covenants covering reporting requirements, restrictions on subsidiary indebtedness and compliance with anti-corruption laws. Eligible collateral comprises cash, money market funds, corporate debt securities and US government debt securities, subject to daily mark-to-market requirements.
