Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in account or program management in an agency or B2B marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Writing SQL code will be a plus
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with AWS, Redshift, and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) are a plus
  • Experience with Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field or relevant professional experience
Responsibilities
  • Document the BI data Product and keep track of the customization per client
  • Build, maintain, and process recurring projects
  • Collaborate with Production/Analytics team to update processes or projects
  • Work closely with Client Services on client requests or questions
  • Attend Kick-off calls to understand new Project requirements
  • Help organize and maintain a library of all current predictive projects/models and associated documentation
  • Assist in tracking the progress and milestones of a predictive project throughout its lifecycle (initial build/QC, ongoing production, refinements)
  • Develop a high-level knowledge of the predictive modeling process to assist the team in evaluating any issues in ongoing model production/scoring
  • Monitoring failures, QC, and first level troubleshooting
  • Run manual adhoc processes
  • Write updated processes using SQL
  • Review and analyze data
