Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • June 2026 openings show active hiring across Norfolk, Dahlgren, Suffolk, and Stafford.
  • The USV FoS IDIQ seat supports Navy unmanned-vessel work through August 2028.
  • Pre-leasing at 2371 Wilroy Road and GSA MAS listings expand near-term sales channels.

What critics are saying

  • SHIELD has 2,463 offerors, so task-order wins remain fiercely contested through 2035.
  • ICE lease talks in April 2026 stayed unresolved, delaying commercial revenue from Suffolk.
  • Heavy defense and DHS concentration leaves SimIS exposed to budget shifts or recompete losses.

What makes SimIS unique

  • SimIS won SHIELD IDIQ with MDA on December 10, 2025.
  • It combines modeling, test, cybersecurity, and autonomous maritime systems in one shop.
  • Its Suffolk robotics lab and Tier 3 data center deepen delivery control.
