Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
  • Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects requiring hands-on building and system configuration in project management, customer relationship management, service desk, or collaborative work management software.
  • Fluency in generative and agentic artificial intelligence tools, including how to use artificial intelligence to streamline work productivity and build intelligent workflows and agents.
  • Familiarity with maintaining artificial intelligence reliability in production, including human review, output checking, and determining when deterministic automation is preferable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures.
  • Business process design and consulting experience, with business acumen to frame engagements around customer outcomes and identify implicit problems behind explicit requests.
  • Working knowledge of Make and Zapier sufficient to configure lightweight integrations independently, with foundational knowledge of application programming interfaces and GraphQL.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, including the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives and explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies across changing customers and industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to run engagements independently and manage several engagements concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, initiative, adaptability, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Lead artificial intelligence transformation and implementation engagements for customers by designing and building tailored solutions using agents, vibe-coded applications, and other monday AI work platform capabilities.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders, conduct discovery to identify desired business outcomes, and ensure organizational adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Consult on business process design, map how work moves through customer organizations, and recommend process changes before building solutions.
  • Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform, partnering with technical resources on data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.
  • Use monday AI and external generative and agentic artificial intelligence tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows.
  • Act as project manager for standalone engagements by building and executing project plans that keep deliverables on schedule and within budget, and deliver defined scope alongside a deployment strategist on larger engagements.
  • Run online webinars, training sessions, consultations, and one-on-one demonstrations showing customers how product capabilities translate into business value.
  • Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts enabling customers to operate, maintain, and extend delivered solutions independently.
  • Represent the customer voice by advocating for customer needs and influencing the product development roadmap.
  • Contribute field-developed patterns and reusable assets to the shared asset library.
