About the company

Wise Auto Group runs car and motorcycle dealerships for buyers across California, Arizona and Nevada, with both showroom and online shopping. Its inventory spans everyday cars and trucks, pre-owned vehicles and Harley-Davidson motorcycles, sold under individual dealership names. Buyers browse inventory by make or body style, request quotes and test drives, and apply for financing through the group website before completing their purchase with a store. The business combines vehicle sales with maintenance, repairs and replacement parts, so customers return to the same dealer after buying; its automotive locations include stores in Vacaville and Yuba City, California, and Tucson, Arizona.

What believers are saying

  • Vacaville GMC technicians receive paid factory training: the master technician posting funds ongoing General Motors instruction.
  • Kia sales has an entry route: Vacaville trains candidates without previous automotive sales experience.
  • Shasta porter retirement savings receive employer support: the posting includes a 401(k) match.

What critics are saying

  • Reno technician pay is performance based: the posting specifies flat-rate compensation and bonus opportunities.
  • Kia sales requires weekend availability: the Vacaville role explicitly includes weekends in its dealership schedule.
  • Certification limits eligibility: GMC's Vacaville master technician role requires current Automotive Service Excellence credentials.

What makes Wise Auto Group unique

  • Reno technicians have defined steps: the career path runs from trainee through staff and expert to master.
  • Qualifying buyers get included maintenance: Shop Wisely covers two oil changes, excluding select vehicle models.
  • Shasta porters get purchase programs: the role includes employee motorcycle and vehicle buying plans.
