Requirements
- A Master's degree (BAC+5).
- At least 2 years of successful and significant experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform's limitations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
- Ability to communicate, actively listen, challenge teams, and confidently guide stakeholders toward appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in project implementation addressing clients' digital transformation challenges.
- Own the solution implementation process, including preparing scoping workshops, facilitating user requirement-gathering workshops, drafting technical specifications and functional requirements, configuring and setting up the solution, testing the proposed solution, ensuring deliverable quality, and providing post-launch support through change management, training, and application maintenance.
- Lead the understanding, analysis, and modeling of business user needs and define solutions.
- Take responsibility for project design, including configuration and/or supervision, and deliverable quality.
- Contribute to platform performance and responsiveness testing to ensure a positive user experience and optimize adoption.
- Assist clients in developing the Solution Roadmap and anticipate upcoming project iterations.
- Master process builders and flows to challenge development teams and ensure adherence to solution deployment best practices.
- Propose, submit, and defend recommendations.
