Requirements
  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years experience
  • EAP experience
  • SAP qualified preferred
  • CEAP certification preferred
  • Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals preferred
  • Demonstrated SUD experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources
  • Tech and computer savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Training and experience in delivering management consultation, management referrals, critical incident response, and EAP presentations
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care
  • Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention
  • Committed to high quality documentation of service delivery
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support to managers, people teams, and members
  • Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Conduct assessment and monitor employees' engagement in the mandatory Drug Free Workplace referral process
  • Deliver critical incident response services
  • Conduct trainings and facilitate Spring Health benefit promotion events
  • Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem
  • Provide solution-focused employee mental health counseling and connection to resources
  • Complete required internal training and attend team meetings
  • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality and compliance
  • Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises
  • Identify and problem-solve issues that create barriers to care
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Other responsibilities as needed for role success
