  • 10+ years' experience in full life-cycle sales and GTM recruiting
  • Experience in executive-level recruiting with a primary focus on sales and GTM
  • Demonstrated experience in executing high levels of productivity
  • Ability to autonomously drive and own complex projects/programs
  • Strong communication, adaptability, resilience and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrated experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies as well as process and tool optimization
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing targeted diversity recruitment strategies, promoting diverse candidate sourcing channels, and ensuring bias-free assessments of candidates
  • Ability to stand as a proxy for the Recruiting Director
Responsibilities
  • Lead challenging searches typically focused on Sales and broader GTM positions up to and inclusive of VP level positions
  • Deliver against individual sourcing and hiring targets, in addition seniority, complexity and aspirational diversity of hires
  • Own multiple cross-team projects/programs, representing recruiting in large initiatives with potential impact on the entire function
  • Seamlessly navigate and move nimbly across different hiring challenges in ambiguous scenarios
  • Influence and drive recruiting strategy initiatives, regularly assess and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships with varied groups and senior leaders, anticipating and addressing business needs
