  • Excellent written and verbal English language skill.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong interest and expertise in learning methodologies, digital learning delivery, curriculum design, and instructional design.
  • Experience leading a team as a line manager or successfully holding senior roles with high cross-functional coordination requirements, such as product / project / program management.
  • Professional experience in providing digital learning offerings or strong ecommerce technology experience in a product knowledge transfer role.
  • Understanding of the audience: professional software engineers and digital commerce solution specialists.
  • A clear vision of the future of digital learning offerings in our field.
Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a motivated and productive digital learning content creation team in global locations.
  • Increase learner engagement and success by providing high quality, relevant learning offerings.
  • Ensure that the team has a well defined and executable new learning content development plan that is synchronized with documentation content, instructor led training offerings, and the certification program.
  • Motivate and source content and best practice contributions from expert teams across the company.
  • Evaluate and drive AI usage to improve content creation and quality of the learning offering.
  • Define, maintain, and establish the structure and methodology of our customer and partner facing product learning offerings.
  • Continuously update and refine the curriculum development roadmap.
  • Contribute to content creation both in strategic and hands on fashion and ensure quality assurance.
