About the job
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktop and enterprise IT support.
- Proven experience in L1/L2 troubleshooting, ticket management, and service-level-agreement-driven support.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
- Experience in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and multi-site support.
- Familiarity with server environments and Linux administration; Linux experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn AI tools, scripting, and automation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for regular interaction with global users across regions and time zones.
- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems, end-user computing, network connectivity, IT assets, and day-to-day technical operations.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support, manage incidents, coordinate with vendors, and support multiple locations.
- Learn and implement AI-based tools to improve IT operations and support efficiency.
