  • Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, math, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Prior experience working with engineering teams
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, and can determine prioritization while managing trade-offs by collaborating with internal stakeholders and understanding user feedback
  • Persistent, determined, and organized; true ownership mentality, take pride in your work, and go above and beyond to get things over the line
  • Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical team members, partners, and stakeholders
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate to New York
Responsibilities
  • Translate abstract business needs into actionable product requirements documents (PRDs)
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build high-quality and beautiful digital products
  • Design and monitor A/B tests, both internally and through external agencies
  • Facilitate communication and transfer key project details between teams involved in the product development process, including design, engineering, marketing, customer experience, and operations
  • Help manage tactical development execution, including sprints, tickets, resourcing, and timelines
  • Test and approve features before release; triage feedback from business users and ensure bugs are surfaced + properly prioritized
  • In collaboration with the Data team, track feature performance and present pertinent data to the Head of Product
