Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, campaign management, media planning, or related disciplines is required.
  • Experience supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing or media campaigns is required.
  • Understanding of media planning, audience strategy, campaign measurement, and performance optimization principles is required.
  • Understanding of digital media channels, campaign activation workflows, and measurement methodologies across digital advertising platforms is required.
  • Experience coordinating campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • The candidate must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage campaigns from brief through execution and launch.
  • Support full-funnel, omnichannel media and guest experience strategies.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign readiness and execution quality.
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate execution across teams and escalate risks and blockers appropriately.
  • Develop integrated media plans within established planning frameworks.
  • Review artificial intelligence-generated recommendations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure campaign plans align with campaign objectives and business requirements.
  • Execute landing page optimization strategies.
  • Monitor guest experience key performance indicators and identify opportunities.
  • Support conversion and discoverability improvements.
  • Oversee readiness across creative, media setup, landing pages, and activation.
  • Conduct launch readiness reviews and validate execution components before activation.
  • Monitor campaign health throughout execution and coordinate rapid issue resolution when required.
  • Co-lead cross-functional teams and initiatives with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication and alignment.
  • Drive process improvements and scalable best practices.
  • Use media and workflow tools such as DV360, Meta, and GAM for planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation, artificial intelligence adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of integrated campaign planning and guest experience capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, digital merchandising, landing page optimization, or guest experience best practices is preferred.
