Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a high school diploma; some college is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation because work may involve multiple locations in one day.
  • Must be consistently available most Monday through Saturday mornings and/or afternoons, with the ability to work about 15 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work independently with children ranging from 12 months to 12 years old.
  • Must be physically active, healthy, punctual, and organized.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to sing short songs and be silly with children.
Responsibilities
  • Lead fun and educational activities for children ages 1 to 8, promoting learning and physical activity while ensuring their safety and enrichment.
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success to build confidence.
  • Create fun, stress-free classes and keep children engaged.
  • Attend regular training, follow instructor manuals, and respond to feedback to improve instruction.
  • Represent the company and its values as an ambassador.
  • Participate in mandatory interviews, a field evaluation, and a three-month observation period.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children as a teacher, nanny, daycare worker, coach, youth leader, camp leader, or in a similar role.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in early childhood education or teaching.
