Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior developer role within a team environment, displaying the ability to build web applications from scratch and drive them to successful deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Use of SQL and NoSQL-backed applications (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development.
  • Experience with complex multi-threaded distributed systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Twilio's communication APIs and their integration with software systems.

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with a team of talented developers, engineers, and product owners to provide consumers and business stakeholders with exceptional application experiences.
  • System Design: Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to develop intelligent solutions for tasks such as risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer service.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing cloud-based services and best practices.
  • Integration with Twilio: Integrate Twilio's communication APIs into our platform to enable seamless customer interactions.
  • Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.
