  • You are targeting a 2026 full-time start date
  • You are in the process of receiving a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in a product management, technical program management, or product-oriented technology role
  • You have worked with or have an understanding of B2B products and their development lifecycle
  • You can take complex ideas and dissect them into simple and understandable specifications
  • You have strong communication and writing skills
  • You enjoy communicating with highly technical customers
  • You are a risk taker and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are available to work full-time from the Datadog New York office during one of the below internship timelines. Note that we are unable to facilitate internships during any other dates. Responsibilities
  • Lead customer calls and gather customer feedback
  • Enhance technical writing skills through blog posts, product briefs, and new feature announcements
  • Prepare and deliver a technical demo of your Datadog product
  • Take a project from an idea to completion, working through all stages of the development lifecycle
  • Gain experience working with different parts of the organization to scale an enterprise product and reinforce the product development lifecycle
  • Support engineering teams by creating software development tickets and pull requests when necessary
  • Partner with members of our Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams
