Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize production schedules, balancing customer lead times and costs.
  • Evaluate the printability of customer models considering material specifications.
  • Schedule and operate 3D printers for maximum efficiency and output.
  • Manage materials inventory and prepare the print substrate for production runs.
  • Lead post-production processes, ensuring timely and high-quality completion and shipment.
  • Perform rigorous quality control checks on both products and equipment.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to scale our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Maintain 3D printing equipment, minimizing downtime and developing preventative maintenance practices.
  • Offer cross-departmental operational support and contribute to post-processing tasks using basic shop tools.
  • Prepare various parts for the painting process, applying auto body prepping and painting skills.
