- Own project costs, revenue and margin improvement, financial results, delivery results, and internal and external reporting for national and international projects with volumes up to €20 million per year.
- Plan and lead the execution phase from project takeover through project completion while considering customer, company, and department-specific requirements.
- Apply the customer’s V-Modell XT requirements and Atos processes, including the Rainbow process, Global Delivery Platform, and OPS DI guidelines.
- Manage finances, delivery performance, reporting, planning, execution, and resource control within the authority defined by the Project Management Agreement.
- Clarify and control undefined delivery and performance scopes in accordance with established processes and methods.
- Directly control and monitor delivery units, partner firms, subcontractors, and assigned employees under functional leadership responsibility, including in difficult project situations.
- Steer subproject managers and serve as the contact for line management, internal project members, department management, and executive leadership.
- Initiate and lead decision-making processes at defined company or customer levels when necessary.
- Actively manage changes and claims, document and track open points, and enforce related claims and clarifications within delegated authority.
- Conduct stakeholder management, document project results, and ensure that Atos project management processes and methods are followed by subproject managers.
- Military knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with relevant authorities is a major advantage.
- Experience delivering projects for public-sector customers is desirable.

The cloud service combines enterprise capabilities with sovereign controls for data management, operational independence, and cyber resilience. Designed and engineered in the EU, the platform addresses growing demand for sovereign IT services amid stricter regional regulations. Gartner predicts over 50% of multinational organisations will have digital sovereign strategies by 2029, up from less than 10% today. The platform leverages Atos' expertise in cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and AI infrastructure. It enables organisations to modernise mission-critical applications whilst maintaining control over data, operations, and IT supply chains. The service forms part of Atos Group's integrated digital sovereignty strategy.
Kore.ai has partnered with Atos UK&I to deliver sovereign agentic AI solutions for regulated UK organisations. The collaboration combines Kore.ai's Agent Platform Artemis with Atos' Sovereign Agentic Studio's infrastructure and governance frameworks. The AI agents will be deployed from Atos' UK-based Sovereign Agentic Studio, targeting public sector, financial services, healthcare, defence, and critical national infrastructure sectors. The partnership aims to help enterprises move from AI pilots to production-grade systems whilst maintaining security and compliance. The initiative addresses requirements under the EU AI Act, which takes effect in August 2026, by providing governed, explainable, and controlled AI systems. Kore.ai serves over 500 Global 2000 companies, whilst Atos Group operates in 54 countries with approximately 56,000 employees and annual revenue of around €7.2 billion.
Atos has increased the resources allocated to its liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel from €2 million to €4 million. The amendment to the agreement, originally signed in February 2019, was executed on 11 June 2026. As of 10 June, the liquidity account held 5,000 Atos shares and €1,378,930.88. Following the increase, the account now comprises 5,000 shares and €3,829,700.00. All other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged, including conditions for suspension or termination. The increase complies with EU market abuse regulations and French commercial code requirements. Viasat has announced a multi-year partnership with Atos to modernise its global digital workplace, including service desk, advanced support and intelligent collaboration tools across worldwide operations. The initiative focuses on internal technology and process upgrades aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer service delivery. The partnership represents an incremental development in Viasat's investment narrative, though it doesn't materially change the near-term focus on ViaSat 3 execution and key risks around high capital expenditure and free cash flow pressure. Airbus has inaugurated a new supercomputer from Bull, delivering three times the performance of its previous system under a €100 million five-year HPC-as-a-service contract. Bull won the deal from previous supplier HPE after 24 years. The system, based on Bull's BullSequana XH3000 infrastructure, uses AMD Epyc processors, Nvidia GPU blades, IBM Spectrum Scale storage and Nvidia InfiniBand NDR interconnect. Hardware is spread across sites in Toulouse and Hamburg but functions as a single supercomputer. Airbus will use the system to develop future aircraft through digital twins, simulating entire airframes alongside design work. The company is likely using CODA computational fluid dynamics software, developed jointly with German and French aerospace laboratories. Bull is also working with Airbus on quantum and AI algorithms.
