- Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting; IV therapy administration experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
- Prepare and administer IV infusions safely and efficiently while following protocols.
- Monitor patients during IV infusions and address concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide coordinated client care and service.
- Work to improve clinic performance, including client retention, membership growth, and revenue goals.
- Stay current on advances in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
