Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience owning business-to-consumer lifecycle marketing programs, ideally with direct ownership of an acquisition or activation funnel.
  • Hands-on proficiency with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable, including complex lifecycle workflows, audience segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic HTML/CSS email development without relying on drag-and-drop builders.
  • Ability to operate as both a strategist and builder by setting strategy and personally building the campaigns that execute it.
  • Fluency with artificial intelligence tools for writing and debugging email code and accelerating lifecycle marketing analysis, quality assurance, and documentation, in addition to hands-on HTML/CSS competence.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including using data and hypothesis testing to prioritize and optimize lifecycle programs.
  • Ability to partner with Product and Analytics as a peer to co-design funnel and messaging strategy.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable improvement in conversion, activation, or engagement metrics and explaining the reasons behind the results.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy while defining an independent roadmap as the dedicated lifecycle owner for the funnel.
  • Experience partnering with creative/design and analytics teams to ship campaigns end-to-end.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle strategy and execution across the acquisition funnel by designing, building, and optimizing behavior-based journeys across Lead to Plan Subscription, Plan Subscription to Booking Confirmation, and Booking Confirmation to Activation.
  • Focus investment on lower-intent audiences, scheduling drop-off, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Translate strategy into production-ready campaigns through workflow configuration, audience segmentation, targeting logic, and hand-coded HTML/CSS email development.
  • Apply artificial intelligence across campaign quality assurance, segment definitions, briefs, reporting, and analysis.
  • Extend behavior-based journeys into additional intake and post-purchase drop-off points and refresh legacy nurture content.
  • Refresh pre-appointment reminder messaging and build recovery journeys for members who stall between booking and attending their first appointment.
  • Partner with Product to design and test email and SMS messaging touchpoints that move prospects through the on-site funnel.
  • Partner with Analytics to establish a lifetime-value attribution framework for lifecycle marketing.
  • Explore journey customization by payer and source channel, improve the lead program, and refresh core lifecycle creative.
  • Define and track key performance indicators measuring lifecycle impact on conversion and activation, using data to prioritize the roadmap.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with health technology or other regulated industries.
  • Experience building or contributing to a lifetime-value or multi-touch attribution framework.
  • Experience personalizing journeys by acquisition channel, payer, or other structured audience dimensions.
  • Prior experience re-engaging dormant or lapsed leads at scale.
  • Experience building artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows or tooling to increase individual or team output, such as prompt-driven quality-assurance checklists, AI-assisted campaign documentation, or custom scripts or agents for repetitive lifecycle tasks.

Llms Outperforms Clinicians In Predicting Mental Health Crises, Study Reveals

What You Should Know:– Brightside Health, a telemental health company released research demonstrating the potential of large language models (LLM) in predicting mental health crises.– The study, published in JMIR Mental Health, compared the performance of OpenAI’s GPT-4 to human clinicians in identifying patients at risk of suicide.Study Background and Key FindingsThe research analyzed data from over 460 patients, including those who had reported suicidal ideation with a plan. Both clinicians and GPT-4 were tasked with predicting the likelihood of a mental health crisis based solely on the patient’s initial complaint. The study resulted in the following:GPT-4 Achieved Similar Accuracy: The AI model demonstrated comparable overall accuracy to human clinicians in identifying patients at risk of suicide. The AI model demonstrated comparable overall accuracy to human clinicians in identifying patients at risk of suicide. Superior Sensitivity: GPT-4 exhibited higher sensitivity, meaning it was better at correctly identifying patients who would later develop suicidal ideation.GPT-4 exhibited higher sensitivity, meaning it was better at correctly identifying patients who would later develop suicidal ideation. Time Efficiency: GPT-4 completed the analysis significantly faster than human clinicians, highlighting the potential for increased efficiency in mental healthcare. While the study demonstrates the potential of LLMs in this area, researchers emphasize the need for further development and testing before clinical implementation. The model’s performance was influenced by the specific data used for training, and it is essential to address potential biases in LLMs.“In line with our commitment to utilize AI in a safe and controlled manner, this research highlights the potential of large language models for triage and clinical decision support in mental health,” said Dr. Mimi Winsberg, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Brightside Health
