Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and budgeting/forecasting processes
  • 5+ years experience in Big-4 or in FP&A at a high-growth company
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA or CIMA certification preferred
  • Elite Excel/Google Sheet skills: Best practices are second nature, your models are efficient, scalable and intuitive
  • Proficiency with financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
  • You have good business acumen and make it your mission to understand the business and the external landscape we operate it, in order to make your recommendations tailored and highly relevant
Responsibilities
  • Provide internal cost management control to ensure alignment with budgets
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analysing variances and identifying areas for improvement or corrective action.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, including investment analysis, pricing strategies, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with relevant department heads and other stakeholders as their finance business partner to develop financial plans that support strategic objectives and business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline financial processes, and enhance efficiency and accuracy
