Requirements
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
  • Meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals that meet high standards and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment and minimize waste.
  • Report unsafe equipment, low supplies, and safety incidents to a supervisor or duty manager.
  • Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
  • Help guests with queries or advice.
  • Log security incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner and bring them to the attention of the line manager.
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties as needed by the team.
