Industrial Data Scientist
About the job
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, including industrial or manufacturing data experience.
- Experience using Python, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Experience with time-series and signal data, including vibration, temperature, and current.
- Familiarity with historians such as AVEVA PI or Canary.
- Clean, contextualize, and model time-series data from sensors, programmable logic controllers, historians, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Build predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and remaining-useful-life models.
- Develop multi-sensor correlation models for quality and yield.
- Deploy models to edge or cloud environments and build operator-facing dashboards.
- Walk plant engineers through results on the factory floor and refine models with their input.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure or AWS machine-learning services, or MLOps.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering.
- Experience with Power BI or Grafana.
