Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a people strategy or consulting role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a detailed knowledge of talent management and organizational development strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and are able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Act as a change agent to drive large scale improvements through exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, with an ability to leverage data-driven insights to craft a compelling story.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and platforms (such as WorkDay, Peakon, Tableau).
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Management to develop and deliver strategic projects related to people strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely and within budget delivery.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and apply learnings to future projects.
  • Develop presentations for senior stakeholders including the C-Suite & Board.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR to drive continuous improvement in people processes and operations.
