As a Corporate Account Executive at Tipalti you will play a vital role in our dynamic sales team selling our SaaS Fintech solution. Your primary focus will be achieving revenue targets through outbound sales activity and inbound leads generated through the collaborative efforts of our exceptional SDRs, Marketing, and Alliance partners.
To empower your success, we heavily invest in our sales organization, providing you with a state-of-the-art technology stack. Leveraging tools such as SalesForce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Clari, you will engage prospects effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Own the sales cycle with our top logo customers - from the prospecting stage to deal close.
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met.
- Strong understanding of the Tipalti product value and ability to communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers.
- Manage the sourcing of minimum 30% of your own pipeline through meeting activity metrics and strategic outbound prospecting.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of goals over the short and long-term.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are meet.
- Own key Strategic projects that help and support their functional business unit Partner with Sales Leadership in rolling out new initiatives.
About you:
- 8 years of full sales cycle experience within SaaS
- Proven ability to drive and close sales deals, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and client loyalty.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to achieve overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, identifying key opportunities and anticipating challenges to achieve revenue targets.
- A commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex sales cycles, understanding the intricacies of the process, and adapting strategies to meet evolving challenges.
- Ability to multi-thread within organizations, collaborating with various stakeholders in intricate sales cycles to build relationships and address the diverse needs of clients

The annual compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $290,000. The range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. The estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 - $145,000.
