Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic, written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, analytics, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in content marketing, customer relationship management, paid advertising, and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the hotel's annual digital marketing strategy and budget across relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Food and Beverage, and Corporate Marketing stakeholders on the overall commercial strategy.
  • Design and execute quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for direct and third-party platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization and search engine advertising, paid media, social media, customer relationship management and email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships, and metasearch.
  • Monitor and report on digital-channel performance, analyzing key performance indicators and return on investment to inform decisions.
  • Oversee content production and maintain a brand-consistent presence across relevant social media platforms.
  • Lead the customer relationship management strategy and manage third-party email marketing tools in coordination with hotel departments and corporate guidelines.
  • Support revenue optimization by monitoring rate parity and pricing integrity across online distribution channels.
  • Support awareness and engagement of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program through digital campaigns, guest communications, and targeted messaging.
  • Ensure visibility, content accuracy, and conversion performance across online travel agency platforms.
  • Manage and enhance the hotel's online reputation across review sites and social platforms.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis within the hotel's competitive set.
  • Identify digital trends and insights and adapt strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with digital agencies and external vendors.
  • Stay current with emerging digital technologies and recommend appropriate adoption.
