This approach differs from traditional agencies by turning family members into a new supply of clinical caregivers, supported by digital documentation tools and registered nurse supervision. The company's goal is to solve the caregiver shortage and improve health outcomes by making it easier for families to provide and be compensated for professional-grade home care.
