Requirements
One to two years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage venue.
The ability to handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs.
Must be of legal drinking age because the role supervises in licensed areas.
Must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions at outdoor quick-serve venues.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada; work permit applications are not supported.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift and climb a step ladder or step stool.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage departments in the park’s quick-serve locations: Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin.
Help ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for guests and team members.
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest food and beverage experience.
Communicate new ideas or concerns to assist in developing and implementing Food & Beverage programs.
Desired Qualifications
Point-of-sale experience and knowledge of the RTP system are assets.
Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications are assets.
A second language is an asset.

We are searching for Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisors who are passionate about cuisine and enthusiastic about a total guest experience. You have a broad understanding of the day to day supervision of the Food & Beverage departments within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park quick-serve locations which includes Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin. You help to ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for both Guests and Team Members at the park. In addition, you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest’s food & beverage experience and communicate any new ideas or concerns to assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage programs.

Job Qualifications
1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage venue
POS experience, knowledge of RTP system, an asset

Considerations
The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions, as all our quick-serve venues are outdoors. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time, occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, and occasionally may be required to lift & climb a step ladder or step stool.
The wage for this role is $23.56 per hour. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. We are unable to support work permit applications.
