About the job
- A first experience in an EHPAD is requested.
- The candidate should be willing to potentially build on their knowledge through a training pathway to obtain the Aide-Soignant diploma while working.
- Provide daily assistance with getting residents up, hygiene, comfort, meals, and bedtime.
- Participate in developing and following residents’ care plans in collaboration with the IDEC and the full care team.
- Participate in implementing and supporting residents’ personalized care projects.
- Compensate for residents’ loss of autonomy while encouraging independence through the Montessori method.
- Participate in organizing and carrying out activities under the establishment project.
- Share daily life moments with residents, monitor behavioral changes, inform the rest of the teams, and adapt care to promote residents’ well-being.
