Requirements
  • A first experience in an EHPAD is requested.
  • The candidate should be willing to potentially build on their knowledge through a training pathway to obtain the Aide-Soignant diploma while working.
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance with getting residents up, hygiene, comfort, meals, and bedtime.
  • Participate in developing and following residents’ care plans in collaboration with the IDEC and the full care team.
  • Participate in implementing and supporting residents’ personalized care projects.
  • Compensate for residents’ loss of autonomy while encouraging independence through the Montessori method.
  • Participate in organizing and carrying out activities under the establishment project.
  • Share daily life moments with residents, monitor behavioral changes, inform the rest of the teams, and adapt care to promote residents’ well-being.
