Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Consumer Channel, Commercial Channel, Enterprise, and OEM global Leads and regional teams to understand evolving GTM needs and business drivers to improve or develop new GTM programs
  • Drive continuous improvement beyond the status quo to improve GTM program outcomes to achieve goals
  • Understand, support, and lead Channel Partner Program agreement reviews
  • Create executive level presentations to support the GTM rhythm of the business
  • Communicate complex information ensuring that it is accurate, well-structured, and easy to understand for use across stakeholder groups
  • Develop, manage, monitor, and evolve large GTM programs
  • Apply knowledge of appropriate processes, tools, methods, and program specifications to support multiple complex programs, and recommend new ideas and improvements
  • Drive and influence responses that lead to consensus in new situations
  • Learn and support key GTM programs such as Market Data Analysis, Snapdragon Proof of Concept Programs, Budget Management, Channel Partner Program Management, Device Eval Programs, and more
Desired Qualifications
  • BA or BS in business, marketing, or technical related field
  • Master's degree in business or technology is preferred
  • 6+ years of Consumer Channel, Commercial Channel and/or Enterprise PC GTM/Sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Channel, Commercial Channel and OEMs go-to-market
  • Strong capability to build presentations which convey information clearly and accurately with great credibility
  • Strong team player with the ability to interact with all levels
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Data analysis knowledge, including working with large datasets to build data models
  • Expertise in creating data visualizations and infographics using tools such as Macros, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data processing, and real-time analytics
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing, sales enablement, and incentive programs and GTM plans and adjusting strategies as needed within established KPIs
  • Creative problem solving with strong project management skills
  • Proven experience in working on new projects and establishing new ways of working
  • Comfortable driving cross-functional team alignment to create a comprehensive plan, identifying dependencies and critical issues/paths
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable
  • Ability to move projects forward without all details determined
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with senior business stakeholders and Partners
