Project Manager
About the job
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments is required.
- Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects is required.
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction, industrialization, and product development processes is required.
- Experience with waterfall and Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies is required.
- Lead cross-functional engineering projects from development to industrialization and manufacturing.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate teams across hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
- Drive New Product Introduction and product launch activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile certification is a plus.
