About the job

Requirements
  • Extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade advanced AI solutions using agentic, generative, and classical artificial intelligence or machine learning with at least one cloud vendor.
  • Proven experience in the large language model and generative artificial intelligence space.
  • Experience architecting and operationalizing large language model-driven application architecture patterns.
  • Deep experience in engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing solutions and applications.
  • Several years of hands-on industry experience as a machine architect designing big data, machine learning, and large-scale analytical engineering solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with chief information officers, chief technology officers, and business leaders to shape enterprise artificial intelligence strategy, connecting business goals to a coherent, sequenced technical vision.
  • Lead enterprise artificial intelligence assessments and build implementation roadmaps that sequence investments for lasting competitive advantage.
  • Own the complete, end-to-end technical solution for complex artificial intelligence platforms, ensuring every domain is cohesively designed and aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
  • Translate governing architecture principles into a concrete, defensible technical solution for domain teams to build against.
  • Build innovative prototypes and proofs of concept hands-on, using emerging technologies to de-risk decisions and prove value early.
  • Perform technology assessments and comparisons, making evidence-based recommendations on tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Set architectural direction for model- and tool-agnostic multi-agent ecosystems, including orchestration, memory, and tool or skill use, governed through a registry-bound artificial intelligence gateway.
  • Establish the agent registry and certification model, ensuring no uncertified agent reaches production.
  • Define memory as a first-class abstracted platform service, decoupled from any underlying vendor engine.
  • Define the foundation model and inference strategy, including adaptation, fine-tuning, and dynamic cost-, quality-, and latency-aware routing.
  • Set standards for high-throughput, low-latency inferencing and classical machine learning deployment within unified, production-ready platforms.
  • Own the architecture of the enterprise context layer, including knowledge graphs, ontologies, vector search, and semantic retrieval, grounding the solution in client knowledge.
  • Set the design direction for context assembly and memory that manages prompts, context windows, and conversational state across the platform.
  • Ensure security, governance, observability, performance, and scalability are addressed holistically and consistently across every domain.
  • Establish the identity and authorization model, including per-agent identity, identity and access management/identity-aware proxy binding, and defense-in-depth enforcement.
  • Define the layered guardrail framework applied at every boundary, balancing protection with performance.
  • Govern the Model Context Protocol control plane, including registry, gateway, and risk scoring, across internal and third-party servers.
  • Mandate an adopt-over-build approach for productized evaluation and observability stacks.
  • Establish FinOps as a first-class concern, including usage labelling, gateway-enforced budgets, and cost-per-archetype as a planning input.
  • Make definitive decisions on design patterns, reference architectures, frameworks, and technology selections, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
  • Lead and integrate the work of domain architects and specialists, resolving cross-domain tensions into a unified, enterprise-ready system.
  • Build the practice's reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and assets, with a deliberate adopt-over-build stance.
  • Conduct deep-dive architecture workshops and working sessions with client executives and engineering teams.
  • Produce and govern authoritative architecture artifacts, including blueprints, reference architectures, architecture decision records, and integration specifications, that guide delivery at scale.
  • Serve as a recognized artificial intelligence thought leader, shaping the practice's point of view and representing the firm externally through publications and conference engagements.

Accenture shares up 77% from June low as Oct. 14 Investor Day nears

Accenture will hold an Investor Day on October 14, where it is expected to detail its long-term strategy, AI monetisation plans, growth guidance, and margin expansion goals. The event follows a rebound in its shares after fears that AI would erode traditional consulting work. The stock hit a low of $118.15 in June, down from a January high of $291.09. It has since gained nearly 77%, helped by fourth-quarter results on October 1 and an expanded collaboration with Dell Technologies. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 6% to $18.7 billion, and new bookings reached $22.2 billion. Accenture expects fiscal 2027 revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency. It raised its quarterly dividend by 5% to $1.71 per share, payable November 13, 2026. Its market capitalisation is about $139.6 billion.

TM Forum and Accenture launch industry's first AI trust certification for telcos

TM Forum has launched a multi-year Trustworthy AI programme with Accenture to help telecoms deploy autonomous operations with verifiable trust standards. The initiative will deliver the industry's first Trustworthy AI Governance Certification, providing a benchmark for trusted AI deployment. Recent TM Forum research found that whilst 72% of communications service providers believe their AI capabilities are trustworthy, only 14% can verify their claims. The programme aims to transform AI trust from aspiration into measurable operational capability. The certification will help organisations assess governance maturity, workforce readiness, and operational accountability needed to scale AI autonomously. It will operate through TM Forum's AI-Native Collaboration Studios, where telecoms operators, vendors, and partners will contribute real-world use cases to shape the framework.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.
